Lofty Homes is an honest company with very good products and gracious employees. From floors to cabinets, they aim to please. You cannot go wrong using them. Although their products met my needs, they are not a custom cabinet building company. If you want all real wood built from scratch cabinets or bookshelves - this is not what they do. What they do is listen to your desires and create a visual rendition layout. Your results will look exactly like their rendition.

1. Great customer service!
I am all about customer service and not having my time wasted. I had this idea of what I wanted in our playroom that’s becoming more of a
“Pre-teen” room. Ms. Kim put my idea into motion and sent me visually what I pictured. They came out within 24hrs to measure, and BOOM! It was done in less than two weeks, as I have a newborn at home and needed it done immediately.
2. Their employees have great attitudes
I’m all about what and who represents their company. They have amiable workers. They came in and asked if they were required to wear masks! (I appreciated the consideration!) and I asked them to wear shoe covers, as we don’t allow shoes in our home. They happily obliged.
3. Super satisfied with their job!
I am waiting on handles, which I took forever because they have such a great variety.

Vi and the team did a great job on our condo kitchen demo and remodel! The crew always showed up on time and left everything clean each day. Vi was on site much of the time and always quick to respond when we had a question. The cabinets, countertop, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. was done by top notch professionals. We plan on using Lofty for a future bathroom remodel and highly recommend them!

I recently had my carpet removed and installed Lofty Home's luxury vinyl flooring into my office and cannot be happier with the results! It makes the room look so much bigger than it is. Soon, I'll be removing carpet from each room in the house one by one since the office came out so beautifully. The LVTs are 100% waterproof, scratch/dent resistant and so easy to clean! The installer took less than 3 hours to complete my office although I left the large furniture in there for him to move around.
I would definitely recommend their material and the customer service was a super plus!
